Rules and Regulations

1. No one can book ride or drive in an Ayride car if not a member of a college, university or high school community.
2. All student drivers vehicle must be 2005 or newer.
3. No smoking. No drinking in student driver car.
4. Student drivers have to gas vehicle up before picking up student riders.
5. Student drivers when occupying vehicle must have Ayride decal on in vehicle and wear t shirt at all times.
6. Student drivers and student riders must verify one time pass code (OTP) before ride pickup.
7. You must be 16 years old -- if in high school and have high edu email address: to join Ayride.com.
8. No driving test while on duty as a student driver for Ayride is allow. No car racing.
9. Student riders must pick up their trash inside of vehicle before exiting vehicle
10. Members will be terminated immediately for violating any of these Rules and Regulations.
11. Sexual harassment of any kind is grounds for immediate termination.
12. If roadside assistance is needed call emergency contact number immediately 866-632-1141
13. No guarantee that rides and drivers will be available every hour
14. No harassment of any kind of rider or driver. Violators will be terminated
15. Student driver is require to add ride share gap coverage for now: Ayride will provide this coverage in the future
16. Ayride is not available to the public
17. All members have to have a college edu email address
